  • Great therapy starts with the right fit and ability to build a therapeutic alliance. That’s why we offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation for all new clients. During this call, we’ll go over what’s bringing you to therapy, how we work, and whether it feels like a good match.

  • Session Lengths:

    • Individual sessions: 50 minutes

    • Couples sessions: 60 minutes

    • Initial assessment (all clients): 60 minutes

    • 90 minutes available if requested (subject to higher rates)

    Session Frequency:

    Weekly sessions are most effective, especially early on. We’ll check in regularly to adjust the frequency based on your progress and needs.

  • To further accommodate your needs and preferences, our practice is committed to making therapy accessible and flexible. We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different—some may prefer the comfort of their own home, while others value the experience of an in-person setting.

    We offer in person sessions at our Valencia location as well as virtual sessions through a secure, HIPPA-compliant, telehealth platform for people who live in California.

  • Licensed therapist rates:

    • Initial Assessment (60 min): $220

    • Individual Therapy (50 min): $205

    • Individual Therapy (90 min): $240

    • Couples Therapy (60 min): $220

    • Couples Therapy (90 min): $260

    Associate therapist rates are on a sliding scale, set during your consultation.

  • We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash.

    Insurance:

    Licensed therapists accept Octave, Headway, and Spring Health EAP for individual 50-min sessions only. Couples and 90-min sessions are private pay.

    Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations not rescheduled within the same week incur a $120 fee.
